Are your products really gold and silver plated?
Where stated, yes they are.  Gold plated items are 18k gold plated using three layers of 18K gold plating (PVD), stainless steel. High quality cubic zirconia crystals are used, no cheap glass here! Both gold and silver jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel free.

Are you in New Zealand?
Yes we are, and so is our jewellery. All items will be dispatched from an address in NZ - we do not drop ship. We are full NZ owned and operated.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.

Is it safe to order from your website?
Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your security is our top priority.

  Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify it, but we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, usually 3-7 business days within New Zealand. All orders are track and trace courier. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within New Zealand. Please contact us if you have questions about international shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I exchange an item?
Contact our customer service team and we can discuss an exchange. Any items returned for exchange or due to delivery damage must be returned unworn with original packaging.
Sale items are final and no exchanges will be made.

When will out-of-stock items be available again?
Restocking times vary by product. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page, or contact us for more information.

Are your product photos accurate?
We strive to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Please always check measurement in descriptions.  We thoroughly check every item for faults and damage before it leaves here to give you peace of mind that you will receive a top quality item.
